The tension of deeper muscles around the hip joint compresses the sciatic nerve, and it causes pain or numbness way down to the legs. We will release muscles on the surface and deeper, making your pelvis and hip joint position normally.

Frozen Shoulder
The scapula, Clavicle bone, and Humerus bone for normal shoulder range of motion are supposed to move together smoothly. We release muscle tightness that limits the movement of those joints and increases your mobility. That tightness might be caused by the result of daily usage and poor posture. The misalignment of pelvis balance is also needed to be fixed.

Heel Pain
Common causes of heel pain are plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis. From my experience, it’s associated with the pelvis and hip joint. Because legs start from hip joints and the position of the pelvis defines how much weight is on heels.

Leg Swelling
You can have swelling due to fluid buildup from being overweight, being inactive, sitting or standing for a long time, or wearing something tight. Body fluid tends to accumulate around the adhesion between muscle fascia. We will release and separates each muscle fascia, increase circulation, and drain body fluid.

Jaw Cracking
It’s also known as Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Jaw joint movement is affected by muscle fascia around the neck, shoulder, head, and face. The tension of the muscle fascia pulls the jaw joint and causes some misalignment. To make the jaw joint move smoothly, a tight fascia is needed to be released.

Migraine
Sometimes tension of muscle fascia around the head compresses the nerves, and it causes frequent headaches like migraine. We will get your head, neck, and scapulars back to the correct position and release the tension of the muscle fascia. Then nerve compression and pain will be less.

Text Neck
A repetitive stress injury associated with prolonged usage of cellphones and computers.
Symptoms
Pain in the neck, upper back, and shoulder.
Forward head posture and rounded shoulders.
Reduced mobility.

Sway Back Posture
A particular type of poor posture has exaggerated curves in the spine, forward-tilting hips, and leaning back when standing.
It is often caused by tight hamstrings and back muscles, weak abdominal muscles, and pelvis misalignment.

Neck Pain
Nowadays, so many people are suffered from neck pain because of prolonged usage of cellphones and computers. It makes your head go forward and more weight is on your neck. We release the muscle tightness around your neck, head, shoulder, upper back, and low back. We also fix the balance of the pelvis because it's the foundation of the neck and head. After your head position comes back to the correct position, neck pain will be removed.

Strained Back
Very acute pain such as strained back doesn’t happen suddenly. It happens after the stacking of everyday activities. In many cases, it’s associated with skeletal misalignment on the pelvis and lumbar caused by poor posture when you are sitting, standing or sleeping. We can reduce tension and pain, but usually, it takes a few days to a couple of weeks to recover. Posture is very important to prevent it.

Hip Arthritis
The ball and socket joint (hip joint) position is pulled and somehow not correct. And it causes pain or limitation when you make movements. We will release the muscle fascia that pulls the hip joint, take a pelvis balance, and make more space between the ball and socket to move.

Knee Pain
The knee joint is controlled by the Quadriceps muscle and Hamstrings that originated from the pelvis. First, need to loosen up those muscles and then fix the pelvis, hip joint, knee joint, and ankle balance. If the position of each joint and muscles are correct, you can walk or run without pain.

Bunion
Common causes of bunion toe are wearing tight, narrow shoes, or as a result of the shape of your foot, a foot deformity, or a medical condition, such as arthritis. From my experience, the bunion is not only a foot problem, but the balance of the pelvis, hip joint, knee joint, and ankle. After the position of joints is fixed, and muscle tension from the calf to the foot is reduced, the soreness of the bunion will be better.

Sprained Ankle
An ankle sprain is caused by forced movement over the normal range of motion of the joint. The misaligned joint position leads to swelling and long-lasting pain. Make the joint back to the right position, reduce pain and swelling, promote healing of the ligament, and restore the function of the ankle.

Eye Strain
Using your eyes makes muscle fascia so tight around the head, face, neck, and shoulders. And it decreases blood circulation to the eyes. Watching is muscle movement. We will loosen muscle tightness that was caused by watching for a long time. Oxygen supply will be increased to your eyes and your sight will be clear.

Physical Fatigue
Muscle fascia is a fibrous connective tissue that wraps the entire body. There is adhesion between each muscle in the area you feel fatigued. We contact both superficial and deep layers and remove the adhesion of muscle fascia. Then your body waste will be drained and each muscle can move easily. You will feel much lighter.

Kyphosis
An exaggerated forward rounding of the back also is called hunched back posture.
